Eligibility
UTIK is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Subscription Only
Access to UTIK is provided through subscription only. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store (e.g., Google Play). No separate account registration is required within UTIK.
Local Media Use
UTIK plays local videos and manages images stored on your device. UTIK does not host, upload, or provide media content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to access and use any media played or viewed in UTIK.
Privacy
We collect only your User ID and subscription information and store them on your device. UTIK does not collect other personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability; however, service may be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Certain features may require system permissions and a valid subscription.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent subscription mechanisms.
- Do not use UTIK to infringe intellectual property or violate laws.
- Do not interfere with the integrity or performance of UTIK.
Updates and Changes
Features and terms may change over time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
UTIK is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including any loss related to local media.
