UTIK is a subscription‑only application for adults aged 18+. UTIK plays local videos and helps you view and manage photos stored on your device. Your privacy is central to our design.

Data We Collect

• User ID
• Subscription information

We do not collect any other information. Specifically, we do not collect names, contacts, media contents, precise location, or analytics.

Local Media Handling

UTIK indexes and displays media available on your device for playback and viewing. Indexing and thumbnails, if generated, are stored on the device only and remain under your control. UTIK does not upload, sync, or transmit your media to our servers.

Permissions

To provide playback and management of local media, UTIK may request the following permissions:

• Photos/Media/Files access: required to read and organize local videos and images.
• Network access: used solely for subscription validation with the app store and for in‑app support messaging if you choose to contact support inside the app.

UTIK does not use these permissions to collect additional personal information.

Storage and Processing

All data described above is stored and processed on your device. UTIK does not transmit your User ID or subscription information to UTIK‑controlled servers.

Age Requirement

UTIK is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Subscription Only

Access to UTIK is provided via subscription only. There are no additional purchases or registrations outside the subscription process handled by the app store.

Your Choices

• You can revoke permissions at any time in system settings. Certain features may be unavailable without the necessary permissions.
• You can clear app data or uninstall UTIK to remove on‑device metadata and thumbnails generated by the app.

Security

UTIK operates within the operating system sandbox and relies on device‑level protections such as screen lock and device encryption if enabled by you. UTIK does not provide cloud backup of media and does not expose your local files to UTIK servers.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Significant changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
